You send your vinyl records at your own risk, we do not take responsibility for them in transit or on site. We will contact you to return your records within 30 days of completing the recording, it is your responsibility to arrange for a pick up in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for property that is left on site for over 60 days.
Due to copyright law we do not keep your files for more than 30 days. The 30 period ensures that there is an appropriate backup should you need to arrange for changes to the work we have done, or need to get a new copy.
